These terms govern all use of xarvella.com, all reservation services, and all casino hotel information provided by Xarvella.

Reservations are confirmed after payment authorization. Rate plans, cancellation windows, taxes, and service fees are shown at booking.

Guests must present valid identification and payment method. Additional verification may apply for premium suites and casino packages.

Casino areas may be restricted by local regulation and age requirements. Guests are responsible for compliance with applicable gaming laws.

Guests must respect property rules, staff instructions, and security procedures. Xarvella may suspend access in case of policy violations.

All logos, trademarks, photos, content blocks, and brand assets are property of Xarvella unless otherwise stated.

To the extent permitted by law, Xarvella is not liable for indirect losses, travel disruptions, or third-party service interruptions.
